The Hat Judges and Hat Categories are announced! It is time to make reservations and start planning elegant ensembles, fashions and lovely hats for the 35th Annual Majestic Mad Hatter’s Luncheon – A Celebration of English Elegance happening on Thursday, April 20, 2023 benefiting A Woman’s Garden presented by the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
The morning will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a welcome reception, a stroll in the gardens and a silent auction while the hat judges take note of the elegant interpretations of this year’s theme.
