Our 2023-2024 Founders Award recipient is Warren Johnson, our longtime partner in the creation and development of A Woman's Garden. He has been working as the Women's Council's landscape architect for over 30 years. Kay Weeks, Founders Award Chair, joined by Patricia Cowlishaw and Linda Spina, will honor Warren with the presentation of the award.
Mary Vernon, Professor Emerita of Art at SMU, will present her program "Flowers and Artists." Her many credentials as an artist do not fully capture her prominence as a beloved professor of art history. Come be enlightened about artists who were inspired by nature.
